About the Property
Led by brand chef Sergey Kondakov, Park Cafe is a spacious, stylish restaurant that can comfortably accommodate up to 220 guests.
Sea Breeze, located on the picturesque Caspian Sea coast just 30 km from Baku, has added a new venue to its offerings. A new gastronomic destination with a European character has opened in the PARK RESIDENCES apartment building. The interior features a contemporary design: the exposed concrete ceiling contrasts with the wooden furniture, balanced by soft textiles and greenery. Designer chandeliers provide comfortable lighting throughout the year, while panoramic windows fill the restaurant with natural light.
The restaurant features designated zones to ensure comfortable seating for large groups. The menu showcases the diversity of Italian cuisine, including mortadella pizza, salmon tartare with green apple and Romaine lettuce, stracciatella with warm eggplant and tomato filling, risotto with black truffle paste, and veal with broccoli and Dorblu cheese, among other dishes.
The extensive bar menu offers a variety of non-alcoholic beverages (lemonades, freshly squeezed juices, cocktails and premium tea) as well as alcoholic drinks, ranging from classic and signature summer cocktails to premium sparkling wines and spirits.

A stunning snow-white tent on the seashore serves as a luxurious space for significant events: elegant weddings, lavish anniversaries, expansive conferences, and vibrant concerts. Spanning 1,300 m², it is equipped with professional lighting, sound equipment, and a modern stage. The hall can comfortably accommodate 500 guests for a seated banquet and up to 1,500 for a buffet. A bespoke signature menu is also offered.
