Scalini – Italian Cuisine with Tradition and Soul
Scalini is a true corner of Italy, nestled in the picturesque Sea Breeze resort on the Caspian Sea coast. For over 27 years, we have been delighting guests in Azerbaijan with authentic Italian cuisine in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Our Italian chef prepares dishes using traditional recipes: fresh pasta, thin-crust pizza, juicy steaks and exquisite desserts. We cook with love, using only the finest ingredients, so every guest can experience the authentic flavours and warmth of Italy.

A stunning snow-white tent on the seashore serves as a luxurious space for significant events: elegant weddings, lavish anniversaries, expansive conferences, and vibrant concerts. Spanning 1,300 m², it is equipped with professional lighting, sound equipment, and a modern stage. The hall can comfortably accommodate 500 guests for a seated banquet and up to 1,500 for a buffet. A bespoke signature menu is also offered.
