More Than 20 New Openings at Sea Breeze This Summer

The summer of 2026 marked a season of major growth for Sea Breeze. Over the past few months, the resort city welcomed a hospital, new sports courts, a beauty salon, restaurants and cafés, retail stores, and family-friendly leisure spaces, making the destination even more diverse and comfortable for residents and guests.

Sports infrastructure was one of the key areas of development this season. Three new padel courts opened at Sea Breeze, with two more added in the newly renovated Mytcha area. 

The resort city's culinary scene also expanded with several new venues. MAMOUNIA, Zen, The Woo, No Marina, Giotto, and HookahPlace opened in Marina Village. Coffee Noid, Domino's Pizza, and Subway also opened their doors this summer. NOMA introduced new locations at Lighthouse 2 and White Beach, where Shimmer restaurant and Sunset Bar also opened. Another highlight of the season was the opening of Bahçe Beach Club, further enhancing the resort's beach infrastructure. 

New facilities also opened at Lighthouse Mall, including the 15/25 Studio beauty salon, Kids Play Area, Bowling Club and My Kids Cafe, offering leisure and entertainment options for both children and adults. In addition, the Gezalikk pop-up fashion store opened at Sea Breeze. 

This season, Referans Sea Breeze Hospital began operating, adding to the resort city's healthcare infrastructure and making modern medical services even more accessible to residents and guests.

The Sea Breeze Store chain added new locations in Marina Village and Lighthouse 2, as well as several pop-up stores near The Grand, Maize Beach, and Referans.
