Sea Breeze has been shortlisted for the World Architecture Festival 2024

The World Architecture Festival 2024 is considered the "Oscar" of the architectural world. This annual international event has been the main meeting place for architects, material suppliers, and clients from over 60 countries since 2008. The winners of the nominations and the Grand Prix will be announced in early November 2024 in Singapore.
The nominees for #WAF24 are the most inspiring architectural concepts, where festival participants present unique solutions for transforming cities around the world. Sea Breeze is a participant in the Master Planning nomination, presented by the architectural bureau Scott Brownrigg, a world leader in architecture and design, which implements concepts in the resort city.
The Sea Breeze project fully meets the criteria of #WAF24, as it is a city of the future on the shores of the Caspian Sea, where everything is thought out for a comfortable life. From infrastructure facilities to experimental innovations, Sea Breeze will soon become one of the main points of attraction for world tourism.
