Baku hosted the first Sea Breeze Investment Forum

On May 25, Baku hosted the first Sea Breeze Investment Forum, which was attended by more than 250 representatives from China, Australia, Turkey, Russia, Israel, the UAE, Azerbaijan and other countries.
The day started with excursions around the territory, continued with meetings and ended with a gala dinner.
Emin Agalarov, the developer and owner of Sea Breeze Resort, also the First Deputy Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan Elnur Aliyev, the Chairman of the State Tourism Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan Fuad Naghiyev, the Head of the Baku General Directorate on Architecture and Urban Planning Read Gasimov, the Deputy Chairman of the Board of the International Bank of Azerbaijan Elmir Habibullayev, the owner of Point Group Pavel Treyvas and the Seaya team - Dmitry Glazov and Evgeny Korzun made a presentation at the official part of the forum.
Ayaz Tagiyev, Sales and Investment Director at Sea Breeze Resort, spoke about the investment environment in Azerbaijan and why it is worthwhile to invest in Sea Breeze. During his speech, A.Tagiev also provided real-life examples of apartment profitability and price rise using three projects from our complex as examples.
The gala dinner concluded with performances by the folklore dance ensemble “Odlar Yurdu” (artistic director: People's Artist of Azerbaijan Tarana Muradova) and the Excellent Music Band.
