Caspian Dream Liner - a new reality of world architecture in the Caspian Sea

In the coming years, Azerbaijan intends to *give the world* a new architectural masterpiece. We are talking about the Caspian Dream Liner project, announced by the famous developer Emin Agalarov in early summer 2023.
The total area of the project will be 60 thousand square meters. The businessman estimates investments in construction at $230-250 million.
The project has already been launched - right now an island is being poured into the sea for the construction of a ship.
“I have always liked the concept of Burj Al Arab. This masterpiece of a building in the sea is already 25 years old, and I believe that Dubai entered the world tourism map with this building,” says Agalarov, emphasizing the pretentiousness of the future project.
It is planned that the construction of the Caspian Dream Liner will take 3 years.
