Global Brand Elie Saab to Arrive in Sea Breeze

The resort city of Sea Breeze continues to strengthen its status as an international hub of attraction. The first branded residential complex in Azerbaijan – Panorama by ELIE SAAB – will soon grace the shores of the Caspian Sea, created in collaboration with the legendary fashion house ELIE SAAB.

Sabah Investment Group and Reportage Properties have announced their partnership with ELIE SAAB to bring this project to life, marking a new milestone in the development of Sea Breeze’s modern living environment. Located in a prestigious part of the resort city and offering breathtaking views of the Caspian Sea, Panorama by ELIE SAAB embodies the harmony of architecture, panoramic spaces, and refined interiors designed in the spirit of ELIE SAAB Maison. The development features high-quality Italian materials and furniture, while the project concept combines the expertise of Sabah Investment Group, the international perspective of Reportage Properties, and the signature style of ELIE SAAB, creating a sophisticated and comfortable seaside lifestyle.

The Panorama by ELIE SAAB project represents a significant step in the evolution of Azerbaijan’s architectural and lifestyle landscape, bringing together fashion, design, and modern living within a single space.

Earlier, within the framework of the First Azerbaijan International Investment Forum (AIIF-2025), Sea Breeze unveiled a series of large-scale initiatives in the tourism and hospitality sectors. During the forum, six world-renowned hotel brands – Crowne Plaza, Radisson Blu, JW Marriott, The Luxury Collection, and Rixos – were officially announced as part of the resort city’s development. Furthermore, in collaboration with the global brand Nobu Hospitality, the Nobu Hotel, Restaurant & Residences project will be implemented on the Caspian coast. The complex will include an 80-room hotel, 100 residences, and five villas in the brand’s signature style. The partnership also extends to the Nobu Sea Breeze Montenegro project, which will continue to expand the resort city concept beyond Azerbaijan’s borders.
