Graduation and rules for accrual of AzalClub miles

Miles accrual gradation:

6 000 miles for payments from 150 000 to 250 000 AZN,
12 000 miles for payments from 250 000 to 350 000 AZN,
18 000 miles for payments from 350 000 to 450 000 AZN,
24 000 miles for payments from 450 000 to 550 000 AZN,
30 000 miles for payments for payments over 550 000 AZN.

Rules:

— The promotion is valid only when buying real estate in Sea Breeze sales offices located in Azerbaijan;

— Only new apartments purchased at the Sea Breeze sales office participate in the promotion. The promotion does not apply to apartments purchased for re-registration (secondary housing), as well as partner projects. For this reason, it is necessary to obtain the relevant information from the managers in advance about the project in which you plan to purchase real estate.

— In order to receive the miles, you must notify the manager in advance that you have an Azal Club account. Furthermore, before signing the contract, you must notify the manager that you wish to get miles.

Additionally:

— Miles are credited only for the amount paid at the time of purchase.

— As we rely on the amount of client payment, we issue miles with multiple payment options: full payment, internal installment, and bank mortgage;

— Under an internal installment plan, the buyer receives half of the required miles with a down payment of up to 60% of the property value. And he receives the remaining half when the remaining portion of the payment is closed;

— In the case of a mortgage, we charge half of the miles mentioned in the graduation rate. A crucial caveat: although the first payment is frequently less than half of the entire price, we still charge half of the miles, as indicated in the graduation.
