On October 28th, Fuad Akhundov, the remarkable storyteller, history expert, and Baku historian, will captivate you with his program "Poetic Stories of Baku Suburbs."
Baku, with its rich history, captivating architecture, and the captivating blend of cultures, has long been a wellspring of inspiration for poets past and present.
Sergey Yesenin found inspiration for his famous "Persian Motifs" at Mukhtarov's Mardakan dacha, while Vladimir Mayakovsky's verses describe Baku as a "Caucasian America".
Alexander Gorodnitsky's dedications to Baku, particularly in his "Baku Notebook", are no less vibrant and fascinating!
