Panorama by ELIE SAAB: A New Milestone for Premium Real Estate in Azerbaijan

Sabah Investment Group, together with Reportage Group and ELIE SAAB, held the groundbreaking ceremony for Panorama by ELIE SAAB, officially marking the start of construction of the first ELIE SAAB branded residential development in Azerbaijan.

The ceremony took place at Sea Breeze on the Caspian Sea coast and marked a significant milestone for Azerbaijan's premium real estate market. The project will combine international design expertise, architectural innovation, and the distinctive lifestyle philosophy of ELIE SAAB.

Panorama by ELIE SAAB is being developed by Sabah Investment Group in partnership with Reportage Group. The development will occupy a 23,531 sq. m beachfront site at Sea Breeze, offering panoramic views of the Caspian Sea. Inspired by the fluid lines of the coastline, the architectural concept blends seamlessly with the surrounding landscape while reflecting the refined design language of ELIE SAAB.

The project will feature more than 550 residences, ranging from one- and two-bedroom apartments to duplexes and penthouses.
