Paulaner Wirtshaus Baku to Open at Sea Breeze

On March 16, Elbey Rzayev, Head of Commercial Leasing at Sea Breeze, and Uygar Kocas, CEO of TABIA Group, representing the Paulaner brand, signed an agreement for the opening of a new Paulaner Wirtshaus Baku Sea Breeze restaurant. Located in the heart of Marina Village near the yacht club, the venue is set to welcome guests in late March 2027.
“Sea Breeze continues to attract new international brands and iconic franchises. Paulaner is one of the most recognizable brewing brands in the world, and we are confident that the opening of this new restaurant will become a notable addition to the resort city’s gastronomic landscape,” said Elbey Rzayev, Head of Commercial Leasing at Sea Breeze.
Paulaner is an international brewing brand with a long heritage and a presence in over 80 countries worldwide. The new restaurant will be inspired by the classic German Wirtshaus tradition, combining Bavarian cuisine with beer brewed to Paulaner standards.
“We are pleased to begin our cooperation with Sea Breeze and to bring Paulaner Wirtshaus to this unique destination project. I am confident that our concept of authentic Bavarian cuisine and hospitality will complement the atmosphere of Sea Breeze and become a new point of attraction for guests,” said Emil Gurbanov, Director of Paulaner Brauhaus Baku.
Following the signing ceremony, guests took part in the traditional tapping of the first keg led by a brewmaster from Bavaria. This symbolic moment marked the beginning of the partnership.
