President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva and Their Family Members Visited Sea Breeze

Today, April 18, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, accompanied by First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva, and her sons Ali and Mikayil Agalarov, visited Sea Breeze in Baku to review ongoing and upcoming projects within the area. During their visit, they were guided by Emin Agalarov, the owner and founder of Sea Breeze, who provided insights into the new real estate and infrastructure developments. Notably, the Park Residences 2 complex has been shown. The complex has recently been completed and includes ten seven-story residential buildings, accommodating a total of 1,260 apartments. To enhance the living experience for residents, the complex features a comprehensive infrastructure that includes swimming pools, recreational areas, and extensive landscaping efforts.
The visit concluded with a presentation of the general master plan for Sea Breeze, highlighting the success of various initiatives undertaken in the area.
