Sea Breeze and Nobu Hospitality Announce Projects in Azerbaijan and Montenegro

The resort city of Sea Breeze and the international luxury hospitality brand Nobu Hospitality have announced the launch of two joint developments – in Azerbaijan and Montenegro.
The collaboration between Emin Agalarov, founder of Sea Breeze, and Nobu Hospitality, established by Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro, and Meir Teper, began more than a decade ago. Following the successful openings of restaurants in 2009 and 2015, the partnership is now reaching a new level.
In Azerbaijan, within the Sea Breeze territory, the Nobu Hotel, Restaurant & Residences project will be implemented. It will feature an 80-room hotel, 100 residences including five villas, a Japanese-Peruvian restaurant, a stylish bar, and a lounge area. Located on the Caspian Sea waterfront, the complex will also offer a fitness centre, spa, and event spaces.
Simultaneously, in Montenegro, the Nobu Residences, Hotel & Restaurant project will commence. It will combine an 80-room hotel, 100 residences, five villas, and a Nobu restaurant with panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea.
