MIPIM is a 4-day real estate exhibition, conference, and networking event, gathering around 27,000 real estate professionals from around the world in Cannes.
MIPIM is a key event in the real estate industry, bringing together a diverse range of sector participants over 4 days, from architects and realtors to investors and end users. This year, the forum hosted a summit dedicated to sustainable housing solutions, a concept actively pursued by the resort city of Sea Breeze.
The four-day forum covered a wide range of issues related to alternative housing sectors, including build-to-rent construction and various innovative solutions.
The first MIPIM exhibition was held in Cannes in March 1990. Over the years, the event has become an annual gathering and networking hub for real estate professionals, investors, municipalities, regional associations, and multinational companies interested in property acquisition.
