Ahead of DREAM FEST 2026, Sea Breeze's Sport Beach Club hosted the celebrity Crocus Fitness Padel Cup, bringing together renowned artists, professional athletes, and leading padel players. As one of the first events of the festival week, the tournament highlighted that DREAM FEST is not only about music but also features a dynamic sports program.
The tournament welcomed Sea Breeze founder and artist Emin Agalarov (EMIN), two-time Olympic figure skating champion Evgeni Plushenko, Bahh Tee, Ellai, Brandon Stone, footballer Ramil Sheydayev, entrepreneur Roustam Tariko, and professional padel players. Teams paired professionals with amateur participants, creating exciting and competitive matches.
Evgeni Plushenko and Talat Rahimov claimed the championship title. Roustam Tariko and Arif Guliyev finished second, while Emin Agalarov and Kamil Ismayilov secured third place.
The tournament was organized by Sea Breeze, Crocus Fitness, DREAM FEST, and the Azerbaijan Tennis Federation. The event was officiated by international referee Gleb Pivovarov.
According to Emin Agalarov, holding the tournament ahead of DREAM FEST naturally reflects the festival's concept of bringing music and sport together. He also emphasized that sports development remains one of Sea Breeze's strategic priorities. A new indoor padel centre with eight courts and an additional outdoor court will soon open, while future plans include tournaments across multiple sports, including the first international beach polo tournament on the Caspian coast.
Participants also praised the combination of sport and music. Brandon Stone noted that the format helps artists stay active, Bahh Tee described it as the perfect way to prepare for the busy festival week, and Evgeni Plushenko commended the high level of organization while highlighting his ongoing cooperation with Sea Breeze on future sports initiatives.
Crocus Fitness Padel Cup provided a vibrant start to the festival week and reaffirmed Sea Breeze's ambition to establish itself as a year-round destination for international cultural and sporting events.
