Sea Breeze Resort Town Wins Two Titles at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2025-2026

Sea Breeze Resort Town has been named the winner in two categories of the prestigious IPAX Asia Pacific International Property & Hotel Awards. This globally recognized award honors outstanding achievements by companies across all sectors of the real estate industry. The awards ceremony took place on May 15-16 at the Marriott Marquis Bangkok in Thailand.

The Landscape Architecture Azerbaijan nomination recognizes achievements in the landscape architecture of the territory. Sea Breeze places great emphasis on greening its environment. What was once a barren coastline is now home to a variety of trees and plants, many of which are unusual for this region. The green area currently spans 300 hectares, with more than 10 million trees and shrubs planted over half of them within the past year and a half.

The second category, Best Mixed-Use Development Azerbaijan, honors multifunctional real estate projects. Sea Breeze presented the Caspian Dream Liner complex – the crown jewel of its development portfolio. A custom-built artificial island was created to accommodate the grand 11-story apartment hotel designed in the shape of a liner. The complex will feature a wide range of facilities: an infinity pool and spa, boutiques of global brands, beauty salons, premium restaurants, and a sky bar with panoramic views of the Caspian Sea.

Additionally, the jury was introduced to the Halfmoon project, an artificial crescent-shaped island spanning 50 hectares, and The Grand apartment hotel, previously recognized by the Urban Planning Committee of Azerbaijan in the “Residential Architecture” category.

The integrity of the judging process is overseen by the chairmen of the jury: members of the UK House of Lords: the Earl of Caithness, Lord Waverley, and Lord Best.
