On July 9, Sea Breeze welcomed a delegation from Uzbekistan — including representatives of the Ministry of Ecology, the State Environmental Expertise Centre, as well as journalists and bloggers.

The project has announced its ambition to become the most environmentally friendly resort in any country where the brand is represented.

“I want Sea Breeze to become the most sustainable project in any country — whether it's Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Montenegro, or Kazakhstan. And this is not just PR — it’s a business necessity. Without clean beaches, parks, boulevards, and reliable infrastructure and communications, I won’t even be able to sell property here. Everything I build must be not only beautiful but also sustainable, benefiting the region,” said Emin Agalarov.

Environmental standards are already being implemented in Azerbaijan: strict monitoring of all systems, connection to centralized sewage, and protection of the coastal zone. These same approaches are planned for the future resort at the Charvak Reservoir in Uzbekistan.

Sea Breeze is also initiating the creation of an international environmental council and the development of sustainable infrastructure — setting a benchmark for green tourism across the region.
