Sea Breeze: Six Hotel Brands Arrive on the Caspian Coast

As part of the First International Investment Forum of Azerbaijan, Sea Breeze showcased key initiatives in the tourism and hospitality sector. Six international brands — Crowne Plaza, Radisson Blu, JW Marriott, The Luxury Collection, Rixos, and Elie Saab — have joined the country’s largest resort project.
Among the first and strategically significant developments are the 500-room Rixos hotel, which will become part of an all-inclusive cluster, and the 195-room, 4-star Crowne Plaza hotel. These properties have been identified as the primary drivers for the area’s further development.
One of the key topics discussed was the entertainment industry, including the potential opening of a casino — a factor that, according to global practice, plays a major role in generating steady tourist flows and attracting investment. This strategic direction could give Sea Breeze additional international prominence, fostering year-round tourism and creating new employment opportunities.
The forum reaffirmed Sea Breeze’s status as a platform where world-class partnerships are forged and landmark projects are launched.
