Sea Breeze and ABB Launch Azerbaijan’s First Hybrid Mortgage

Sea Breeze and ABB are introducing an innovative financial solution – Azerbaijan’s first hybrid mortgage – designed to create new opportunities for purchasing seaside real estate.

The new program combines a traditional mortgage with developer financing. Part of the property value is financed by ABB for up to 10 years at an annual interest rate of 12%, while the remaining amount is provided by Sea Breeze through interest-free in-house financing for up to 5 years. Thanks to this structure, the nominal annual interest rate starts from 7%.

This new approach makes property ownership more accessible and helps reduce the financial burden on buyers. Clients who apply for the hybrid mortgage can also benefit from the “2× VAT” campaign: with a down payment starting from 15%, Sea Breeze offers an increased cashback equal to the refundable VAT amount.
