Sea Breeze welcomed the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on his first official visit

Today, Sea Breeze welcomed the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, First Vice-President of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva and Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva on their first official visit. During the visit, the owner of the resort city Emin Agalarov presented new iconic projects of Sea Breeze, including the new building of LANDAU School, the largest apart-hotel in Sea Breeze - The Grand, as well as other major infrastructure objects on the territory.
Now Sea Breeze is developing as a city of the future: environmentally friendly, modern and technological - in terms of architectural solutions. Within three years, the total area of the project will be more than 5 million square meters and 100,000 real estate units will be built and commissioned. The total number of residents and tourists will reach 300,000 people, and the number of jobs will increase to 20,000.
