Sea Breeze Wins Investor of the Year Award

On December 16, at The Ritz-Carlton Baku, the Small and Medium Business Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (KOBİA) summed up the results of the year and presented the annual Dayaq Award to 15 business entities that achieved special success in 2024.
The winner in the “Investor of the Year” category was Nardaran Invest LLC. The First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Elnur Aliyev presented the award to the representative of Nardaran Invest, financial director of the company Heiran Huseynova.
Sea Breeze participated in the accommodation of guests during COP29 in Baku. Received an Investment Promotion Document from the Ministry of Economy, Nardaran Invest is building the Sea Breeze resort city on the shores of the Caspian Sea. The implementation of the project contributes to attracting investments in the amount of 1 billion manats to the economy of Azerbaijan. Thanks to the development of the resort town, thousands of people are provided with permanent jobs.
The Dayaq Award is presented annually to highlight the successes achieved in the field of entrepreneurship, promote business thinking and strengthen cooperation between the public and private sectors.
