The Sea Breeze project was awarded a special diploma of the VI International Competition “Dom na Brestskoy”

On February 8, in Moscow, the results of the VI International Competition “Dom na Brestskoy” were summed up, where the Sea Breeze – Miami Residence project was awarded a special diploma in the category “Architecture of Small Buildings”.
Miami Residence is a new project by Sea Breeze, created in accordance with the “city within a city” concept. A place thought out to the last detail so that residents can fully live, relax and work. The project will be built in the next 3 years, the area of the apartments will be from 36 to 237 m², the number of floors will be 2-10, and the total built-up area of the complex will be 166.447 m². The territory will have business zones, swimming pools, supermarkets, bars, entertainment centers and much more.
Also, based on the voting results of the jury, the architectural bureau ARCHPOINT, headed by Valery Lizunov – our distinguished colleague in many projects in Russia, Azerbaijan and other countries – received an award for the Peach restaurant project in the HoReCa Design category.
