Win an Apartment at Sea Breeze!

You have a chance to become the owner of an apartment at Sea Breeze simply by attending the Justin Timberlake concert, which will take place on July 27, 2025, at the Baku Olympic Stadium.
Sea Breeze, in partnership with Iticket Production, is launching a promotional campaign titled “An Apartment at Sea Breeze for a Ticket.” One of the concert attendees will receive a studio apartment of 37.5 m² in the new Park Lane residential complex, located within the resort town of Sea Breeze.
To participate, all you need to do is purchase a ticket to the Justin Timberlake concert and attend the event in person.
Each ticket includes a unique barcode that is automatically entered into the draw. The winner will be selected randomly and announced within three days after the concert. The results of the campaign will be published on the official Instagram account: @seabreeze.realestate.
The winner will receive an official notification via the phone number or email address provided at the time of ticket purchase.
Only individuals aged 18 and over are eligible to participate.
Individuals who do not wish to take part in the promotional campaign must notify the Organisers by sending an email to info@iticket.az with the subject line "Withdrawal from the Promotion" and the following text:
“I, [Full Name], refuse to participate in the promotional campaign held as part of the Justin Timberlake concert on July 27, 2025. Please exclude my ticket from the draw.”
A copy of the ticket must be attached to the email.
