Sabah Investment Group, together with Reportage Group and ELIE SAAB, has unveiled a new project that will be located within Sea Breeze, the largest resort town on the Caspian coast. Panorama by ELIE SAAB marks a key milestone in the brand’s global expansion and serves as an important driver of Sea Breeze’s continued development.
The complex will comprise 582 residences — from one- and two-bedroom apartments to spacious duplexes and an exclusive signature penthouse. The interiors will be designed in the ELIE SAAB Maison aesthetic, featuring furniture and décor crafted in Italy as part of the creative collaboration between Elie Saab and Carlo Colombo.
