Sea Breeze Opens Its First Sales Office in Georgia

On October 3, the first Sea Breeze sales office in Georgia opened in Batumi — a new location within the international sales network where clients can explore real estate opportunities in the resort city on the Caspian coast.

The expansion of the sales network in Georgia is driven by the sustained interest of Georgian citizens in real estate in Azerbaijan. According to the State Service on Property Issues, Georgian citizens ranked second among foreign property buyers between 2021 and 2025.

With the opening of the office, clients and partners in Georgia now have access to personalized consultations with the sales team, up-to-date information on properties and purchase terms.

The opening ceremony was attended by Sea Breeze Commercial Director Ayaz Taghiyev and Sea Breeze Director of Sales and Investments Ena-Kameliya Melikova. Guests were presented with the resort city’s master plan, infrastructure and development prospects.

The program included a ribbon-cutting ceremony, a DJ set, live music, competitions, a reception and networking with Sea Breeze representatives. The event concluded with the cutting of a celebratory cake designed as a model of the Sea Breeze resort city.
