The Grand complex wins Azerbaijan's Urban Planning Committee Award for Best Residential Project

Today, the award ceremony for the best architectural projects of 2024, organized by the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture of Azerbaijan, took place.
The Grand apartment hotel project was named the winner in the "Residential Complex Architecture" category. The award was received by the project's architect, Alexey Fursov, head of Fursov Architects.
The Grand is the largest apartment hotel in the area, featuring 224 apartments and three penthouses designed for year-round living or rental purposes. The complex includes two swimming pools, three restaurants, a conference hall, boutiques, a spa center, and a reception service.
